About us

Our mission is to enable people to achieve their potential, either through specific Organisation Development interventions or our range of learning opportunities whether training courses or coaching experiences, all of which are carefully designed to reflect differing learning styles, needs, and preferences.

Individuals and Organisations benefit from this approach because we do not believe in a 'one size fits all' solution to development, but one which reflects the diversity of people and modern organisations. We have excellent experience of working with both the public and private sector, and undertake a very careful needs analysis before producing tailored learning and Organisation Development interventions.

We believe in an ethical approach to business and how we make a profit is as important to us as making a profit. We seek to provide value for money, and do not believe in 'cutting corners' as this can prejudice learning and development and make it shallow and deficient.

The company was founded by Peter Maunder in 2011 to offer an ethical approach to learning and development with qualified, experienced coaches and facilitators.


Peter Maunder BSc (Hons), CQSW, Post Grad Dip Personnel Mgt. MA, MCIPD, FCMI.

Peter is an experienced coach and mentor and has worked with both private and public sector clients who wish to achieve their goals and ambitions.

Recent assignments include working with the director of a procurement enterprise, a senior NHS HR Manager, and the proprietor of a complementary health practice. Peter brings a wealth of experience and knowledge derived from small businesses, the public sector, and his extensive academic background.

Peter is an associate lecturer in Human Resource Management at Southampton Solent University. He is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He uses NLP to enable people to develop their skills and personal effectiveness and achieve work life and career goals. Peter is also qualified to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), FIRO B, and other psychometric instruments. Our associates 


Roy Foster MCIPD, MCMI, Cert Ed. – Roy has over 15 years of experience lecturing in Further and Higher Education, and has worked as both a lecturer and course leader. He has a rare ability to communicate complex matters in a way that is understandable but without unnecessarily simplification. Highly motivational he works easily with people at all levels and has a warm and empathetic approach.

DerekRoy regularly lectures to Post Graduate and Undergraduate students on a variety of management and business related courses and is an associate lecturer at Southampton Solent University. He has a detailed knowledge of assessment procedures and is a highly skilled coach and mentor.

In recent years Roy has specialised in delivering CMI courses and courses leading to the award of CIPD qualifications.

Prior to working in education Roy was a regional retail manager for a major charity and can draw on real life experience as a manager and developing partnerships with government bodies.

Derek Ive

Derek has over 19 year experience in lecturing in further education establishments. He specailises in Emotional Intelligence and customer services he is also an assessor and internal verifier.
